Refund Policy.

At Primary Signature, we strive to provide professional service and ensure client satisfaction. Because our mobile notary services involve reserved appointment time, travel, and other resources, refunds are handled according to the circumstances outlined below.

  1. Completed Services: Once a notary or other requested service has been completed, service fees are generally non-refundable. This may include travel fees, convenience fees, and other charges associated with the completed appointment.

  2. Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-show appointments may be subject to the applicable $35 cancellation fee. Any refund or remaining balance related to a cancellation will be determined based on the circumstances and the applicable policies.

  3. Errors or Omissions: If Primary Signature makes an error or omission during the notarization or service process, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue when possible. Any refund or additional service provided will be considered based on the circumstances of the situation.

  4. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@primarysignature.com within seven business days of the appointment date. Please include the reason for the request and any relevant supporting information.

  5. Refund Processing: When a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 14 business days of approval and, when possible, returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  6. No-Shows: No-show appointments are generally not eligible for a refund and may be subject to the $35 cancellation fee outlined in our Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

  7. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
