We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your notary appointment. Because mobile appointments require us to reserve time and travel to your requested location, we ask that clients provide as much notice as possible.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule an appointment without a cancellation fee when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation and may result in the $35 cancellation fee.

Payment of Cancellation Fees: Any applicable cancellation fee is due within seven days of the canceled or missed appointment. Outstanding cancellation fees may need to be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis when circumstances warrant.
